 ★ Configuration & Principle
Downhole steam dryness sampler mainly comprises hammer,upper sleeve, lock, pull rod, seal cartridge, valve spool, sampling tube and sliding sleeve etc.
Before lowering, the sampling tube should be in open condition. When it reaches the preset depth, sample the steam.The liquid sample flows into sampling tube, then steam sampling finishes.
After sampling, release hammer by wellhead control valve.Then the hammer slides down, hit the upper sleeve, and close the lock, so that the whole sliding sleeve move down(valve doesn’t move) until the sealing cartridge in lower position of fluid sample hole, then turn off the valve spool. Sampling is completed.

★ Application
Heavy oilwell sampling
